An initial estimate is an important first step that is required to get started with your repair! This is a free service Mannes Body Shop offers you. 

Our estimator's are skilled professionals who will:

• Assess all visible damage on your vehicle
• Calculate the preliminary cost for your repair based on all visual damage
• Write you a repair plan (based on the parts and processes necessary to fix your vehicle according to its safe manufacturer's instructions.) 
• Go over ALL your questions and concerns:
  • time-frame
  • how the insurance process works
  • O.E.M. parts and Mannes' standard operating process details
  • Your communication preferences

A complete repair plan includes all visible and hidden damage. When you bring your car in for its scheduled repair, our OEM certified trained technicians will unmask panels to expose all hidden damage. The auto body technicians will diagnose everything that was impacted from the accident, including every damaged part. Your estimator will then write the complete repair plan. This includes all safe parts and procedures necessary to take your vehicle back to its pre-accident condition. You will be notified promptly by our team with all information details.

Yes! Not having a vehicle can be a major life interruption, but Mannes provides free courtesy vehicles. Meanwhile, our team works as quickly as possible to return your vehicle to you. We are happy to assist you with pickup and drop-off if you need it. You will also receive regular updates about the status of your repair.

Mannes is focused on collision repair and helping people after an accident, and rust and restoration is a different type of service that we don’t provide. However, we would be happy to recommend some other shops in our area that specialize in this kind of work.

A good insurance company should always keep your safety and the quality of the repair as their top priority, but not all insurance companies are created equal. That’s why the Mannes team works hard to advocate on your behalf. We are here to help protect you.

We deal with insurance companies every day, and we are happy to inform and provide documentation to your agent and claims adjuster to explain our repair plan. Mannes only uses correct parts and procedures as stated by your vehicle’s design manufacturer.

How about a lifetime! Mannes Body Shop offers 100% warranty on all its repairs, because your satisfaction is our priority and concern.

Keep in mind that the repair warranty applies to repairs stated on your repair invoice and is for the original recipient of the repair order.

Your repair warranty does not include:

• Rust originating from within the auto body.
• Hazing of paint caused by improper detergents, incidental atmospheric conditions (acid rain), or exposing your vehicle to environment subject to volatile emissions or corrosive substances.
• Another accident.
• Loss of time, inconvenience, or economic loss.

Each vehicle and repair is unique, and Mannes Body Shop is honest and upfront with our time estimates. Once we’ve completed a full inspection of your vehicle and all necessary parts have been ordered, we will notify you of the repair schedule and when you can expect to pick up your vehicle.

It is important to know as a customer that not all body shops and insurance policies align with new OEM parts for your vehicle repair. At Mannes Body Shop, we make sure your safety is our priority... this includes using new and safety-checked parts provided by your vehicle manufacturer and not aftermarket scrap parts.
